1. Do I need a referral?

No you dont need a referral to see any of our practitioners.  However, if you are elgibile for treatment from our Osteopaths under the DVA, Medicare or Workers Compensation schemes then yes, you will need a referral from you GP.

2. Is treatment covered by all health funds?

Your level of private health cover determines whether a portion of your treamtent cost will be covered or not.  It is best to call your health fund direct to find out what rebate you will be entitled to.

3. Can I claim my health fund rebate instantly?

Yes you can, all you pay then is the gap.

4. Do I need an appointment?

Yes. Camden Osteopathic Clinic operates by appointment only.

5. How many treatments will I need?

This varies depending on the condition.  Generally 3-4 osteopathic treatments is all that is required for simple musculo-skeletal problems.
